These terms cover the TinyPine website and the free TinyPine AI Studio app (“the app”), provided by Pinecore Systems.
TinyPine AI Studio is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use, subject to these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the licences of any models you install.
Models (“Pines”) are provided under their own licences (see Licences). You are responsible for complying with the licence of each model you install and use — including, for Krea 2, its community licence and its required content safeguards.
Your use must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. The app enforces always-on safeguards against illegal content.
The app and website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Pinecore Systems is not liable for any damages arising from their use.
