The app runs on your own computer. This page lists every connection the app and this website make, what they carry and what we keep.
Who is responsible
The data controller is PineCore Systems, a trading name of Bröderna Saxin AB, company registration number 559379-4364, Lindesby 152, 713 94 Nora, Sweden. Contact for anything about your data: [email protected].
What stays on your computer
Prompts, Assist conversations, generated images, videos and songs, lyrics, edits, timelines, trained LoRAs, datasets and your library all stay on your machine. The music safeguards check your description and lyrics on your computer, against name lists that ship with the app; nothing is looked up online. Your one-time lyrics confirmation is stored in your library settings. The app has no upload path for any of them. Settings live in your library folder (tinypine.json) and a small pointer file in %APPDATA%\TinyPine\config.json.

The usage ping lets us count active installs per version and operating system. We use it for nothing else. If you add a Hugging Face token in Settings, it is sent to Hugging Face only.
The app sends no crash reports and no analytics. The Diagnostics setting in the app has no effect in version 0.1: no reports are collected.
This website
The site runs on PineCore Systems' own server in Sweden and reaches you through Cloudflare, which ends the encrypted connection and processes connection data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare, Inc. is a US company; the transfer rests on standard contractual clauses. The app's update check, notices and usage ping pass through Cloudflare the same way. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads its fonts, icons, images and videos from tinypine.app itself.
When you download the app we count the download per version. The count is a number only: no IP address, browser or time is stored with it.
Legal basis and retention
The usage ping and site delivery rest on our legitimate interest in running and improving the product. You can object at any time by switching the ping off. Ping records are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until the record drops out as one of the oldest when the list passes 5,000 installs.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, or erasure of, the ping record tied to your install, and you can object to the ping. Write to [email protected] and include your install id: the install_id value in %APPDATA%\TinyPine\config.json. You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
When the app starts sending anything new, this page changes first and the date above moves.
