This policy keeps TinyPine lawful and usable. It applies to everyone, and parts of it are enforced automatically by the app.

What's prohibited

You may not use TinyPine to create:

• Sexual content involving minors (CSAM) — under any circumstances.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including sexual deepfakes of real people.
• Other illegal content, or content made to harass, defame, or defraud.

Always-on safeguards

To comply with the licences of the models we distribute, TinyPine ships an always-on safeguard that blocks the illegal categories above at the prompt and output level. These protections cannot be disabled.

What's allowed

TinyPine does not block general adult or artistic content. The safeguards target only the illegal categories above — your creative freedom is otherwise yours.
